Our school also hosts an annual Research Day, alternating between Oxford and the University Medical Center, aimed at fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Graduate students benefit by gaining visibility, building connections, and initiating co-authored publications or grant applications.

Organized by the Graduate Student Council (GSC), the Research & Creative Achievement Symposium is a flagship annual event showcasing graduate and professional student scholarship.

Students can also participate in the 3MT® (Three Minute Thesis) competition. A dynamic, fast-paced academic event that challenges graduate students to present their research in just three minutes using only one static slide—and to do so in a way that’s engaging and understandable to a non-specialist audience.
